I have also used Anderson Trail Granola on top of Ice Cream, and we Love it! It is a great alternative to nuts on your ice cream!

I appreciate your answer and research, edwardclint, but I was really looking for comments from those who have actually tried the product. Perhaps I didn't make that clear in my question. I am sorry.
I have not tried the granola yet, either, but intend to in the very near future. I like the concept - a moist granola. Interesting.
