M$If you want to exercise, I'm thinking the only games are WiiFit or perhaps Dance, Dance Revolution which is available for multiple consoles and requires a dance pad.
If you are thinking about health of other people, there is a game called free rice where you can play a game of matching words to their definitions. Doing this donates rice to developing countries.
Or there are programs for donating CPU cycles of your computers to help solve equations dealing with different health topics. The most famous is folding@home. I think the other one is world community grid by IBM. There are undoubtably others.
