Well.. if the BOTH have space suits... obviously... the Tiger. The tiger just has to rip the KDs suit and skin to shreds with its claws. Unless, of course, the Komodo Dragon's AK47 doesn't jam, but, then, the Tiger can simply use it's heat-ray vision.
