Who do you think will run on the Republican ticket in 2012 for President/Vice President?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

His name is Jindal, but I guess that's an easy typo to make. :)
As the article you linked says....

If you watched the Republican response to President Obama's address to Congress last Tuesday, you saw a rather awkward young man taking his best shot following one of the most powerful political orators the country has seen in ages....While Bobby Jindal, governor of Louisiana, may not be quite ready for primetime...

"Not quite ready for primetime" would seem to be the basic and accurate summary. I suppose he might have a shot at being on the ticket, but it's still hard to really see that as likely.
I have no clue, because I can't think of a single person right now who would have a chance. Sarah Palin is a one trick pony. She only has the base. None of the educated, intelligent Repubs would vote for her. Bobby Jindal can't give them the base because he is not white. The Governor of Virginia might give it a shot, but he's so far to the left, and soooooo enmeshed in the Religious Right, he wouldn't be a good candidate. I'm thinking they'll try to run Arnold.
