Who currently owns the intellectual property for the old educational game, Dinopark Tycoon?

Im trying to track down who is the IP owner of the old DOS game Dinopark Tycoon. I know it was created by MECC who was then purchased by The Learning Company who was then broke up among a number of different companies. I have been told that their IP went to a number of different companies including Mattel and Ubisoft. I am trying to find out who ended up owning the rights to Dinopark Tycoon.

If anybody could tell me who currently owns this wonderful piece of abandonware, I would really appreciate it!

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

My guess is Riverdeep, since they're the only site I could find that offer the product support for the game's school edition...although it's web-only support. And I don't know how active it is.

It's currently Abandonware, so the the game, is free to use/distribute as anyone see fits. It's on many different abandonware game sites out there.

The actual control of the copyright of the IP, would be either Ubisoft or or Gores Technology Group (which is owned by Riverdeep).
