Who could help me with cats that I am feeding at work! I am feeding about 12 or more at times and they keep having babys!

Go to a veterinarian, and have them neutered or spayed. Yes, this will cost money, but it is better than allowing the cats to have more and more kittens. If these are stray cats, your veterinarian can also advise you on how to deal with this, and might even participate in neutering them for a reduced price.
As a base minimum, you should have all females neutered or spayed, in order to ensure no more kittens within the group. "Helping" the males too will also ensure they don't reproduce with other cats, that you don't feed.

I hope this helps.
You might also contact PETA for more information

You can try http://www.aspca.org/pet-care/spayneuter/. Aspca lists all locations that offer free/cheap neutering.

@pookie01, it is a wonderful and rewarding task that you have taken on in feeding the feral cats where you work. There are many organizations that assist with Trap Neuter Release(TNR) of feral cats. Most organizations involved in TNR, are also involved with rescue and adoption of stray and shelter animals. You can start with local adoption organizations to see which ones work with ferals. Many will at least offer traps and pay the bill for the surgeries or direct you to a free clinic.

Alley Cat Allies is a national organization for feral cat caretakers.

Local Adoption Organizations can be found here:

Some Ohio TNR information::

A Cleveland, OH meetup group for feral cat caretakers:

Feral Cats are those that are not socialized to humans. A long term feeder may be able to approach with food, and over time a few cats will allow the individual to actually touch them, but most are wary of all humans and stay at least an arms length away. TNR is an option for managing this population of cats. Unfortunately it only takes the abandonment of two domesticated cats for a feral colony to get established.

Two feral cats and their offspring left to breed, will produce over 400,000 feral cats in just 7 years.
