Who are your favorite Action Star-Male and Female in the movies you have watched?
Always been a toss up for me between Schwarzenegger and Stallone but I am also a big fan of Jason Statham ,with me I would say Arnie by a whisker-remembering all his big action roles were mainly done in the 80's.
For the Ladies I like Mila Jovovich and Michelle Rodriguez out of Resident Evil , but I am also a big fan of Kate Beckinsale out of the Underworld series.
I cannot make my mind up about that one so some of you members will have to help me with that.

For straight up fighting, Jean-Claude Van Damme is the best, in my opinion. His acting is undeveloped and his line delivery below average, but nobody does hand to hand combat better than Van Damme. The "Bloodsport" movies are classic. If I want a weapons expert with comparable acting and slightly better dialog, Stevan Segal is my favorite, especially in "Today you Die". The actor who has the whole package, in my opinion is Mel Gibson. Mel can actually act and deliver a line, and his work in "Mad Max" and "Lethal Weapon" is my favorite so far as male action stars.
Honestly, about the only female action star that impresses me is Sigourney Weaver in "Alien". That's one tough lady.
