Who are the requestors posting small tasks in Amazon Mechanial Turk and who the workers usually making money from these tasks?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Amazon Mechanical Turk’s users mainly come from:
India: 40.3%
US: 38.0%
UK: 2.4%
New Zealand: 2.1%
Portugal: 1.9%
…..
(refer to the link for more details)
It may be safe to assume that the “workers” are mainly from India.
In Amazon Mechanical Turk’s FAQ for worker,
https://www.mturk.com/mturk/help?helpPage=worker
there are special provisions for payment to be in Indian Rupees.
Excerpt:
“How do I receive payment in Indian Rupees?
If you are a worker in India, you can elect to receive a check for your earnings in Indian Rupees. You will need to provide your birth date, passport number, Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC) number or Permanent Account Number (PAN). A scanned copy of your passport, EPIC or PAN card is also required. All the information you need to sign up to receive payments denominated in Rupees is provided on the Account Settings page.”
It may also be safe to assume that the requestors are mainly from US.

M$I use to work there and I was able to transfer IDD to my local bank in our country but currently they don't do it anymore so I stopped. I don't think they are making an effort to make payment options easier for other workers aside from US and India. If they are that remains to be seen.
Own Opinion.
