Who are the notable players in the 2011 NBA free agency class?
The 2010 NBA free agency class is generally regarded as one of the best in recent memory, with All-Star caliber players such as Lebron James, Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh, Amar'e Stoudemire, and Joe Johnson having the ability to leave their respective teams through Unrestricted Free-Agency. I'm wondering what notable players (All-Star or near All-Star caliber) will be able to do so the following summer.

That's a cool question, and welcome to Mahalo, Mike!
I think that a couple of factors are combining to make the summer of 2011 veeeerrrrry murky - and almost a little irrelevant. You mentioned the first factor - the 2010 free agency class. It is going to be HUGE. (Some, including Amar'e, actually have contracts thru '11, but can opt-out in '10.)
And, many of them WILL opt out (or get traded and extended) BECAUSE the Collective Bargaining Agreement expires after the 2010-11 season. (The league actually has an option to extend the current CBA thru 2011-12.) The league and the players' association have already had a couple of meetings about the next CBA, but with the economic downturn and several teams having trouble, it will likely be a difficult negotiation that will come down to the last minute.
And, of course, those two factors not only will influence the 2011 free agency crop, but will influence each other. So, it is REALLY hard to say what'll happen.
That said, we CAN look at some of the contracts that will expire after the 2010-11 season. There is that list of players who are able to opt out and become free agents in 2010:
Yao Ming (owed 17.7 million in 10/11)
Amare Stoudamire (owed 17.7 million in 10/11)
LeBron James (owed 17.2 million in 10/11)
Dwayne Wade (owed 17.0 million in 10/11)
Chris Bosh (owed 17.1 million in 10/11)
Dirk Nowitzki (owed $21.5 million in 10/11)
Josh Howard (owed $11.8 million in 10/11)
Mike Redd (owed $18.3 million in 10/11)
Tyson Chandler (owed $12.8 million in 10/11)

Then, going team-by-team, here are some with contracts expiring in '11 (though I did not cross-check to see if they are otherwise eligible):
Boston: Paul Pierce; Charlotte: Boris Diaw; Denver: Kenyon Martin; Detroit: Tayshaun Prince; Golden State: Vladimir Radmanovic; Houston: Shane Battier; Indiana: Troy Murphy, Mike Dunleavy, T.J. Ford, Jeff Foster, Jamaal Tinsley; Lakers: Kobe Bryant; Memphis: Zach Randolph; Milwaukee: Michael Redd, Dan Gazuric; New Orleans: Peja Stojakovic; New York: Eddy Curry, Jared Jeffries; Okla City: Nick Collison; Philadelphia: Samuel Dalembert, Jason Kapono; Phoenix: Jason Richardson; Portland: Joel Przybilla; San Antonio: Tim Duncan (could opt out of '12), Richard Jefferson, Tony Parker; Toronto: Chris Bosh; Utah: Andrei Kirilenko; Washington: Caron Butler
