M$I find these informative and humorous. This is a winning combination. Too much humour or information on their own gets annoying, but these few have got it right IMO
It also depends on what you're interested in. I follow a few software developers because that's what I'm interested in.
I'd recommend looking at blogs/podcasts etc. that you're interested in and try following some of their authors.
Be prepared to un-follow some people also. There can be a lot of dross out there.....
