who answers these questions? i asked a very important, to me, question...the answer I recieved from "Team Mahalo" was rude, insigificant.

Firstly I want to say I'm sorry if you feel that you have been slighted or were spoken to rudely it is not usually the practice of the positive folks we have here at Mahalo to be rude to anyone here in the Mahalo Answers Community.. it happens, just not all to often. :)
My name is Mark and everyone on the internet is able to ask any question they like and answer any of the questions we have here on Mahalo Answers. There are no membership qualifications and joining is free and easy so it could have been anyone who answered your question.
"Team Mahalo"? I have been here 2+ years and a while back we had some teams (Guru Team, Guide Team, etc) but nothing called "Team Mahalo" could you be more specific? Or perhaps link us here to the question where you received an insignificant response from someone on this "Team Mahalo"?
