This is a tough call, since many different companies will all say that they're the world leader when it comes to business technology. However, I think Cisco has done consistently well for quite a long time. Business networking seems to get more and more popular, and Cisco has done a great job riding that wave in my opinion.
One of my favorite products is Cisco Telepresence. No, it's not cheap, but it really is amazing. Skype is okay, but Telepresence shows life sized images that really make you feel like the other person is sitting directly in front of you. I've also seen Telepresence screens that can display six different people at once. It's literally like having a meeting in a boardroom, even if the people across the table from you are thousands of miles away.
