Which telcos in Germany has the iPhone? the Palm Pre? (when?) Who offers the best 3G plan with unlimited data transfer per month?

I am moving to Germany in a few months, and I want to get a new smartphone with the best value data plan. I will probably be looking for a subsidized phone with a 12 (optionionally 24) month lockdown.
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

T-Mobile exclusively provides the iPhone in Germany.

I can't read enough German to figure out what their deals are.

As for the Palm-Pre it launches in the US on June 6th on Sprint. But as far as Europe goes the only word is "coming soon".

The info is on the T-Mobile website I gave a link for. If you can read German, you'll be able to make sense of it. As far as I can tell, there's an option for a 45-euro per month plan that gives you unlimited data. That's pretty typical for iPhone rates.
