Which Team is the Favorite to Win it All?

The Lakers look to have returned to form and they still have Phil Jackson and Kobe Bryant.

LeBron James looks to be recovering from Elbow-Gate, so are the Cavs back to leading the pack?

The Suns are playing as good of basketball as anyone. Will they be able to overcome the Lakers’ size and get to the Finals?

Orlando hasn’t lost yet. They’re dismantling the Hawks and look to be near unstoppable.
Tip for best answer: M$0.75

Although the ball is round the Los Angeles have what it takes to win its second straight the championships in as many seasons. The Lakers can pose great mismatches in the painted area with Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasul. They have the most popular and the deadliest swingman in the NBA today in Kobe Bryant. They have Phil Jackson, which already won numerous NBA titles in with Chicago and with his present team now, the Lakers.
They have defensive gems that can give opposing team’s main weapons a hard time making their shots. They have a deep bench that will never waver even in the dying minutes of the game. They are loaded with sharpshooters that can chip in points to build momentum for the team or to kill the momentum of the opponents.
They have Lamar Odom that can inflict damage inside and outside.
The Los Angeles has all the ingredients to win it all, but still the ball is round and upsets from hungrier teams is possible, very possible… so as to speak.

Obviously, this question is a little easier to answer now that the playoffs are winding down to the final games of the conference finals, but I think the Los Angeles Lakers are looking like the best team in the NBA right now. Of course the Boston Celtics have looked like world beaters as well, but I think the Lakers are slightly better right now.

While the Orlando Magic and Phoenix Suns could come back from their identical 2-0 deficits and turn the NBA world on its head it is looking as though it will be the Celtics and Lakers in the NBA finals and then the rematch that has gained so much attention will go down yet again. I think while the Celtics have a lot of talented players, they simply aren’t as dominant as the Lakers can be when Kobe takes over a game. The Lakers are his team now and he is taking them to the finals yet again, and this time he’ll win it all.

This will be a finals match up between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics. Will it be a step back into time when the Lakers and Celtics were the two dominant teams in the National basketball Association and be a classic match or will it fizzle because of an aging Celtic's lineup? Boston is making it through the playoffs with a deep but aging front line and a talented group of reserves. As always will Rasheed decide to play ball or will he be a no-show? On the reverse sign of the coin, you have a younger very talented group of Lakers, led by Kobe Bryant. They also have a very deep bench which neutralizes one of the Celtics biggest assets. As an added plus, Coach Phil Jackson of Los Angeles may be one of the top two or three coaches in the history of the NBA.

I find it difficult to believe the Celtics will upset the Lakers. If they do it will be a great surprise to everyone. Then again, if the Orlando Magic can step up their game they may reach the finals. Either way if I were a betting man, it my money would be on the Los Angeles Lakers.
