Which talk show has the best cooking segment?

Should talk shows have cooking segments? Should cooking shows have a lot of talking outside of food?
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

It is no doubt that talk shows like Oprah, Ellen DeGeneres, Chelsea Lately, Tyra Banks and several others are on the top viewer’s list. Oprah still being the leading TV talk show also had cooking segments with some famous people (like Paul Newman, Art Smith, Pattie Labelle). Ellen DeGeneres also a daytime talk show host garnering much attention with its wacky style had some cooking segments with a mixture of fun. Another TV host celebrity cook also popular for her cooking convenience style and adventurous cooking segments is Rachel Ray].

All these
have their well-earned and deserved ratings in the entertainment industry. They have touched different aspects of human life that billions of people around the world have been religiously watching. Well, talk shows deal with almost anything under the sun with a special guest or group of panelists talking about a particular topic that catches mainly the interest of the public.

The idea of including cooking segments in talk shows comes with the reality that cooking is a basic part of human existence. It is something to talk about and learn from. The purpose is to bring the viewers gastronomic excitement in TV shows other than what they are used to watch. Most cooking shows are educational, informative and entertaining especially for half-hour episodes. Traditionally, shows like these tend to be less talk and more on food prep.
