Which strikers in addition to Wayne Rooney will Fabio Capello select for the World Cup?

I think Darren Bent, Jermaine Defoe and Peter Crouch are certainties. The latter two had a decent season at Tottenham, and both (especially Crouch) have built up a respectable amount of international experience. Bent had possibly the best season of his career.
After these names it gets a little less clear. Maybe Capello will not have to look too much further beyond this, but if he does, I guess Emile Heskey is still as good an option as there is. I would also think Carlton Cole would be in Capello's thinking. It depends how many strikers he wants to take on the plane.
Just as interesting I think will be who he actually selects to partner Wayne Rooney in the first 11.
