Depends on how much you're looking to spend, but as far as really fast cars go, the Porsche 911 Turbo gets 25-6 mpg highway, and the normal 911 Carrera gets 27+. So if you're looking for fast, efficient, and not ridiculously priced, look for Porsches the lower level cars do even better as well
