Which relative do you dread having to converse with during the holidays, or any other time of year??

Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

The in-laws because they're critical, passive aggressive, and they hate me and scream at me, literally.

I would say your parents, because no matter how old you are they still no everything there is to no about life and are still so critical.

Hi. First of all, I would never invite anyone to my home over the holidays, if I dreaded having to speak to them. I think this is false, and uncalled for. The holiday season should be a time to share happiness and laughter etc. I think we all have at least one relative that can be a bit difficult at times, but when they are guest in your home, I try to make them as welcome and comfortable as possible, as they are only there for the day after all.
