Which one is better: World of Warcraft or Aion?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

WoW is not very relaxing, in my personal opinion WoW is not anywhere near as relaxing as AION.
I play both

M$WoW (World of Warcraft) is good for:
- Having fun
- Meeting TONS of new people
- Raiding
- PVP
It's downsides are:
- LOTS of server shut-downs, rolling restarts, maintence etc.
- Inaccurate timing (ex: they say the server will be back up in 1 hour & it's not up until 4 hours)
- Server shut down time is off (starts at 10 minutes til rolling restart then goes to 2 minutes suddenly)
- Bad customer service in-game (if you call Blizzard if their open of course, it's 10x's better)
- Lots of lag, even with a good computer, due to overcrowding on servers
- Bannings, or warnings for silly reasons (saying a cuss word, arguing, etc.)
- HAVING to run around with other people, because some quests you can't do alone & there are hardly any dungeons you can run alone that doesn't "require 5 players"
- If you dont run around with people, by the time you can complete your quest for that level, you will get no experience for the quest, just money.
- Rare to find a server that isn't overcrowded & if you do, it will become overpopulated VERY quickly & you will deal with server downtime all over again (the sad part is: most people on the servers overcrowding them are hackers or gold sellers.
- Very immature or rude competitive people on WoW
- When you go to kill one creature or humanoid, etc, they run & bring back numerous others, & eventually you die :) Unless you are very very lucky
- It takes a very long time in PVP to even get a full set of armor. By the time you get level 60, you are level 70, by the time you get level 70 pvp gear you are level 80, etc.
AION has the same ups as WoW, except 10x's more (in my opinion)
WoW has crappy graphics for the most part, they have had the same graphics since they opened, of course that depends on your computer, video card, etc.
But, AION is a very pretty game focused soley on having fun, leveling, etc. It does have PVP but is all around a good game.
AION's badsides:
- Mobs (You will get lots of those)
- Leveling zones
- Places they place bosses
Aion is generally much more exciting than WoW in my current opinion though.
