I like to drink tonic water, with plenty of ice and a slice of lemon, the taste is so similar to my real favorite, gin and tonic, that I don't mind missing the gin.
I also enjoy Coca-Cola, not terribly healthy, I guess, but I don't think the odd one will do much harm.
Some of the alcohol free lagers are quite drinkable, others are not, it's trial and error as is the case with alcohol free wines, it's worth trying them out.
If you like tomato juice, try drinking it with a good splash of Worcestershire sauce, it really livens it up. All of these make a change from fruit juices, which are fine, but not terribly exiting.
There is a link below to a website full of ideas for non alcoholic drinks which has plenty of other ideas, well worth looking at.
I hope this helps!

M$Fresh fruit shakes are among the best non-alcoholic drinks. There are plenty of businesses that make these beverages exclusively. You can have the fruits combined to create your own flavor. It is good that people are becoming more aware of the benefits in consuming fresh fruit juices. Since there are no preservatives, you are also able to take plenty of vitamins and nutrients. Non-alcoholic drinks make you more alert and healthy.
