about First Night of Hanukkah
Which night do you give the 1st gift for Hanukkah? Tonight (12/11) at sunrise or tomorrow night (the first full day)?

Chanukah gift giving is not traditional so there are no "rules" about it.
But it might be helpful for you to know that the Biblical day begins at Sunset, not Sunrise or midnight. So if you waited until tomorrow night, the first day would already be over and you'd be into the second.
If it were my family we'd give out First Night gifts on the 11th. Either at Sunset on the 10th after the first 1/2 hour of candle lighting, or first thing in the morning.
