Which NBA teams off season acquisition will help the most?

There has been alot of wheeling & dealing and speculation of more to come; Iverson, Shaq, Jefferson, Wallace, Carter, Artest etc.

What trade that has already taken place, or is rumored to be in the works, will have the biggest impact for that franchise?

Cleveland picking up Shaq in a trade with Phoenix is the best off season free agent / trade move so far in my opinion. Shaq now provides the low post scoring threat that the Cavs were lacking. San Antonio made the best improvement via the draft in my opinion. Picking up Pittsburgh's DeJuan Blair in the second round was a steal. He will step in and contribute right away. Blair will strengthen the interior defense of the Spurs and he will be a monster on the boards taking a lot of pressure off of Tim Duncan.

I personally am undecided if Arrtest to L.A. or Shaq to Cleveland will be bigger. I'm from Cleveland soi would like to say Shaq, but hes a little past his prime; although he did have a great season last year. I hate L.A. but Arrtest is also playing great and hes managed to wacth his temper as of late. Jefferson, Wallace, Carter, Turkaglo, ect. are stars, but i don't see a big change taking place with any of those teams.
