Features I like: The main features that I love the most with Android phones are the widgets.
Features I wish: Instant voice-to-text transcription and vice versa.
What I hate: Everything with the Android phone is good. This is what I hate since you can't find any cons.

M$For me personally I LOVE the android phones. Having the freedom to install apps that are not regulated by the manufacturer is something I do all the time, that said , for other people that are less "techy" I wouldn't suggest even enabling that feature and the iPhone could be a better choice.
I also like that for NO EXTRA CHARGE with my Nexus One on Tmobile I can instantly turn my phone into a wireless hotspot for my other devices to use (something the iPhone can't do without jailbreaking) Also, I can play flash videos on it.
Also, I love the integration with Google Voice and Gmail which I use all the time, oh, and turn by turn directions for free built in to the phone.
I don't think I "hate" anything about it. I wish it had longer battery life though, but I think the iPhone would have that wish too.
