Which ''Lost'' promo tells the most about the season? Are there any hidden spoilers?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I like this one because there is a brief glimpse of a shirtless Sawyer:) and Sun is trapped somewhere looking very professional.

This one is Hurley-centric.

This one is Island-centric but it isn't spoilerific.

M$You'll notice that as Kate and Aaron are leaving the house, shortly after the lawyer says that he cannot divulge the name of his client, the camera pauses on a picture of Jack and Aaron. The title of the clip is a blatant reference to Jack - who, as we know "left" Kate and Aaron. And, I would also hazard a guess that Jack was the one who tipped of the authorities/lawyer, as we learned in the previous season that Jack desperately wanted to go back to the island, was told he had to bring all of the "Oceanic Six," but knew that Kate was hell-bent against returning. However, being faced with having to go back to life on the run and the risk of losing her son, she will be much more apt to agree to return to the island. Jack knows this and knows that this could likely be the only way to get Kate to agree to go back to the island.
To go one step further, I'd wager a guess that after going back to the island, Jack and Kate may begin to rekindle their romance and then somehow (do I dare say Sawyer?) Kate will find out that Jack called her out and a wedge will be driven between them once again.

M$If you have followed the show for more than a third of a season you will learn to not even bother paying attention to their promos, since all they do is show you disconnected bits to try to throw you off.
Even their spoilers are designed to basically mess with your head. And the recap was basically a summary plus some interviews, the did not give us one lousy spoiler in the full hour.
