Which JOBS are HIRING despite the RECESSION?
Which jobs have you seen in demand, either all the time or in spurts? Thanks for sharing. Please add your discussion, opinions and other tips or ideas that may be of interest to the reader. Multimedia & references too?

My observations (and they don't count for the answers) are that people are continually starting their own businesses or startups, despite the economy. A page to introduce you to that is How to Start a Small Business. The second job I had noticed advertised now and then was for dance instructors. Often this would be in a more well to do area, and you may have an ad asking for multiple positions at once either for a new Dance Studio or expanded one. I think that this is due at least in part to the great popularity of Dance shows like Dancing with the Stars and their spinoffs. Also, musicals have been popular in film such as Chicago and High School Musical with stars like Zac Effron that also contain dancing. Further reading on this topic can be found in How to Dance the Samba, How to Breakdance, How to Swing Dance Videos, How to Dance the Viennese Waltz, and How to Dance the Jive. It hasn't just been Ballroom Dancing where you need to know How to Dance with a Partner but all kinds of dance that has been in demand - but the hiring seems to happen in spurts and then it is gone - perhaps once the positions are filled.
