Which is your favorite Indiana Jones film?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

My favourite was Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade from 1989. This movie had Sean Connery playing Indiana Jones's father and that brought a whole new element to the series. Also having Sean Connery in the movie helped to stabilize what in the other series was a tendency to become a little hoaky. The Holy Grail was a good subject to be searching for as well as there is so much mystery and supposition as to what it really is if it exists. I found it quite interesting how they worked in the element of Jesus the carpenter and therefore the grail would be wooden.
What is probably either not known or has been forgotten is that this was supposed to be the last of the Indiana Jones movies.

For me thinking back on all of the movies in the series this is the best because everything came together in it.

When I was a kid (8-10) I watched the Temple of Doom ALL the time. Something about that movie just appealed to young boys, I believe. Rooms full of roaches, live heart removal, snakes for dinner, human eating crocodiles - that movie was the most ridiculous/gross thing I had ever seen at that point in my life. Maybe that's why I liked it so much :-)
