A violent drug addict is worse, but a peaceful drug addict on Heroin when doing something like driving can fall asleep at the wheel, and kill somebody.

Hmmm, I'm having a tough time coming up with any reason why a peaceful drug addict would be worse than a violent one.

So I'll say violent is worse.

Any drug addict is unsafe -- to themselves and others. However, I'd take the peaceful drug addict any day over the violent.

Sadly, drug addicts may start out peaceful and become violent.

Peaceful or violent, all drug addicts are dangerous to those around them. A violent drug addict is more obvious but a peaceful drug addict is just as dangerous.

A peaceful drug addict is simply a time bomb waiting to happen. They may seem peaceful but it is an illusion, they could erupt at any time. They can also be more dangerous because they can seem perfectly harmless until they lose it and for eg. go on a killing spree because they are hallucinating. At least with a violent drug addict you know to watch your step around them.

Drug addicts can cost people their lives. They are all dangerous. There is no good drug addict. Violent or peaceful they are both equally dangerous.

Drug addiction is worse on both hands...
Whether they are violent or not, Drug destroys both the victim and the people surrounding them.
So it is worse on both cases.
