There are many tailors all over the place. Just avoid the cheap deals since those are disposable wear for one time and avoid the drivers that take you to the big tailor shops.
Excelsior has been the favourite amongst our work group and the price is reasonable and the quality decent and good.
Would say they are surely the best place to get things done while in Bangkok. They are located opposite the Le meridien hotel.
