Which is the best free web2.0 clipart/graphics collection?

I am looking for a free (or affordable) collection of cliparts/graphics. Preferably in a Web2.0 type style. I remember seeing one in the past, which is used by a number of OpenSource projects but can't seem to find it anymore.
Tip for best answer: M$2.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Some times what a person knows is not enough for you, but it was enough for me some how, I am sorry for that!

Google gives too many results which are really a waste of time in this case and I was hoping to get a better answer here, but so far no luck.
Anyway thanks for the effort.
