When you said stream video I thought you meant live stream. I use http://blip.tv
The Pro Account there converts your videos to .m4v for iPhones and iPods.

I use Vimeo already, and I think that'll do the trick. Thanks again.
Livestream is a service, Steve. I'm looking to see which format is best use for uploading and allowing the most users to view my video with both iPhone and desktop. I think Vimeo answered it best, preferring MP4.
