The PS3 is a bit lucky to have actually an exclusive baseball game in the "MLB 08/09/0X The Show" series. You can't really do any better than that anywhere else as far as actual simulation-esque baseball video games go.

MLB the Show. There is absolutely nothing you can't do, Baseball wise, on that game. While in franchise mode you do everything from selling adspace to sponsors, to field maintenance. And one of the coolest things about this game is that while you're tooling around doing all this cool SIM stuff, you can do it to your own soundtrack. You can download background music to play while you trade for Manny or try and get rid of Andruw Jones. The game will even find the music on your PS3 automatically. So listen to "Get Back" by Ludacris while you buy a G-5 for your team (playa!) or schedule Bobblehead night.
