I personally have used both Blackberry and Android and prefer Android for all the amazing features it has but if I was still in the corporate world and needed to sync with Microsoft exchange I would stay with the blackberry.

M$Also, devices with Android got much better specs than similar priced BB phones. The numbers of available apps in Android is a lot bigger, meaning the platform has a lot more functions.
Unless security is your the most important feature on list desiderata, then Android is superior on every front (speed, features, support, hardware, etc).
