Which 'illegal' drug is considered to have the worst effect on the body, and why?
Which one is said to be the most dangerous for the body? Is there one that is most dangerous to the mind, body, lungs, teeth and so on? Or do they each have a different negative effect on a different area of the body/mind?
Many seem to say Heroin because it is considered the ‘hardest drug’ however some do not agree. Which one is the most dangerous in your opinion? Which one is sourced as the most dangerous? Which drug has caused the most overdoses and deaths?

I am from, let's say, the "Love Generation." Mostly green consumable people. You get it. Occasionally, some one would drop some acid, mess around with Psilocybin magic mushrooms or gag on peyote buttons. If you did PCP, it was by accident. (PCP also stands for Primary Care Physician. This is not what's under discussion.) It's a veterinary anesthetic and NOT for humans!
Then the 80s. The time of "blow." That messed with the nerves, and most people tried it for awhile and that was that. Back to the green stuff.
Surprisingly, there are members of the medical profession who will tell you tobacco is the most addictive and deadly. But this is a forum about street drugs. So, back to that. I looked up a list from 2007 since I did not know the answer myself. I'm listing the street drugs in order of which is most deadly.
1. Heroin
2. Cocaine
3. Barbiturates
4. Street Methadone
5. Ketamine
6. Benzodiazepines
7. Amphetamines
8. Buprenorphine
I have only heard of 4 of these!
Considering what meth does to the body, and the list of long-term effects, including death, I think I'm going with that one. There seem to be differing opinions, but this looks to me like a long, slow, painful road to personal extinction.
