Which (if any) members of The Bush Administration will be tried for War Crimes in the future?

"A Nuremberg chief prosecutor says there is a case for trying Bush for the 'supreme crime against humanity, an illegal war of aggression against a sovereign nation.'"

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I am skeptical that the United States, even under an Obama administration, would ever permit an international court to arrest President Bush or anyone else in his administration on war crimes charges.

None... There have been plenty of Administrations that have fought wars both with the approval of the people and without. "Honorable" wars and dishonorable. For a country with as much power as the US, it'll never happen.

Just follow the money...

All members that way the ones that eventually get excluded from trial do so for reasons that have a consensus

But here is the rub, Congress had the duty to enforce the US constitution and id not in their vote..should they be on trial?
