Which event is tougher, climbing Mount Everest or running in the Badwater ultramarathon?

I would say everest. Its a longer journey, and the altitude is the major killer. The cold can also be a major factor as well.
With the badwater marathon, your under close watch and can constantly be provided water to hydrate and keep yourself cool. On Everest if you run into problems your pretty much screwed.
I vote Everest but BadWater seems crazy!
