Which do you prefer to view and participate in... Friendfeed or Twitter?
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I see them as two completely different tools.
Friedfeed is awesome because I have a lot of web things going on, between blogs, tweets, flickr, etc. One friendfeed URL is all my friends need to track in order to see everything that I post online. I am not talking followers, I am talking my real friends, who sometimes were missing a post in one of my blogs or something like that.
Twitter is more of a "hey, this is going on right NOW" tool. I have mine setup so my Tumblr sends out a Tweet (which also creates some duplicates in my friendfeed but there's not much I can do about that). I also use Tumblr a lot whenever I am watching a show that is popular, because with the hash tags it is very easy to have a running commentary with dozens of people at the same time.
There are times that the hashtag traffic for a show like Lost is a lot more interesting than the show itself.
