I live in Kentucky. We are great a making fried chicken, fried apple pies, chicken and dumplings, etc. I am sure the United States is the best place to get chicken and dumplings, especially in the South. This is going to be the same for Yorkshire pudding. I will assume that England is the best place. Bouillabaisse is going to be best in the Mediterranean area.
From asking people what their favorite foods are, generally most people will say Italian or Chinese. So, if I had to make a guess, I'll go with China and Italy.

However, the food I had in Belgium, France and Holland rival that of Italy. One of the most exquisite meals I ever had was served in a water garden restaurant 50 km outside of Tokyo. Another was in the Castle Corsendonk in Belgium. I really think it is a matter of personal taste, no pun intended.

I enjoy Mexican, Chinese and Italian cuisine the most. The Mexican flavor is good for me because I like spicy food, those with hot peppers and seasoning. I enjoy enchiladas, burritos, tacos, chimichangas, mexican rice, refried beans and other offers you will find in an Mexican restaurant.
Chinese food is good, but there's such a variety. I like the cominations with the beef and chicken with broccoli, green beans and nuts such as peanut and cashew. The soy sauce is a key ingredient in Chinese food and adds a great flavor to the dishes.
Italian cuisine might be my favorite. Pizza is a classic dish. I just love pasta and all the combinations and creations one can do with pasta. Rigatoni, penne, ziti, lasagna, spaghetti, fettucine, manicoti are used with a variety of cheeses and sauces. Add meatballs, sausage, garlic bread and more and you have some of the best meals in the world.
