Which companies make great use of Twitter for marketing?

The Grammy Awards actually just announced the people who would be performing at this year's ceremony - BEFORE they announced it to the press. Great way to get people to follow them and build excitement for the ceremony.

Loopt and Comcast have been using twitter for customer relations. comcastcares and loopt are both available to chat with their user base. In the case of comcast, you can get a more personal vibe for getting help with quirky things happening. As for Loopt, they are actively adding users of their product and engaging them for things like meet ups in big events (MacWorld and CES) and helping users with product by responding to tweets like "Trying to figuure out loopt."
