Which companies have the happiest employees?
I'm curious to know what the best place to work is. Who has the best benefits, pay, advancement, training and atmosphere? Is there truly an ideal place to work? If so, what makes it ideal and how did they accomplish this? Please include resources if the answer is statistical.

From my online research, I found out that some of the best places to work in the united states includes; Starbucks , Microsoft , Edward Jones , Whole Foods Market , Google, SAS Institute, Marriott International and Nike.
Most employees working in these companies tend to stay with them for a long time. You could find an employee that has been with the company for over 15 or 20 years. I actually know a woman that has been with Marriott for over 10 years.
These companies stand out because of the way they treat their employees. A company with happy employees is a prosperous company.
