UCLA is the only team to have made four (or more) championship games in a row. From 1967-1973 they were the NCAA final four champions. So basically every fresman from 1967-69 would have played in four final four championship games.

from 1955-1973 freshmen were not allowed to play varsity sports, therefore none of the ncaa players during the dynasty played in more than 3 championship games, according to wikipedia there have been 4 players who made the final four(but not the title game) in all four years of eligibility, however i could only find 3, greg koubek, christian laettner and brian davis all of whom played for duke, adn i know koubek was the first, no team has made four consecutive final fours since, and only Kentucky, Mich St. and UCLA have made 3, so if anyone else did it they would have had to have played for one of those teams and been a transfer student from another school that had gone the year before
