Which children's books would best introduce the idea of adoption to a child?
My husband and I have an adopted daughter. She's 18 months old and has been with our family since her birth.
The subject of adoption has always come up naturally in discussions when she is present and her adoption will never be a secret. Still yet, I want to make sure that I'm doing enough to help her understand adoption and view it in a positive way.
What books could I introduce to her at such a young age on the topic of adoption?

There are loads of them, and depending on the situation--international adoption, domestic adoption have different type books. There are some for kids with siblings who were not adopted. There are some that are very religious or at least spiritual. There are also some for every age group.
