Which breeds are the smartest?
Of all the dogs, which one is the most intelligent? Which dog breeds are most obedient and can be taught the most tricks?

hmm.. The most intelligent are the herding breeds
however a dog isnt simply obedient without being TAUGHT to be obedient.. most people are not "smart" enough to train a "smart dog" they do not have the time or knowledge

be aware that unless you have a LOT of time to devote to a smart dog it will be bored and destructive.
