Which bluetooth headset is the most comfortable?
Is there a return policy for the headsets if I don't like them? Do the over-the-ear headsets go in either ear?

Of course this would depend largely on overall preference, but the Plantronics Voyager Pro is known for it's comfort and I can vouch for it's easy fitting and comfortable design. Over the ear headsets are usually for one specific ear. The return policy depends on where you buy it but Best Buy tends to have a 30 day return policy.
