Which ATVM-funded US company has most promising electric vehicle or PHEV technology ?
I found this US Advance Technology Vehicles Manufacturing Loan Program (ATVM Loan), which funded electric vehicle (EV), plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) initiatives in US.

Each of these companies has shown great promise, and perhaps can lead us out of our dependency on oil. I have the greatest confidence in Ford Motor Company, who has withstood the test of time, and was able to stay competitive through the oil crisis in the 1970s, when the industry switched from leaded to unleaded gasoline. I hope that they will continue to follow this opportunity and lead us into the future.
Tesla has also been showing great promise in the past few months. Although it is less pervasive than Ford, perhaps it can help us switch to an alternative fuel.
