Which airline has the best First Class cabin and amenities? Business Class?

If I were flying domestically in the US, I would say that American Airlines offers a business and first class in the larger planes (not the puddle jumpers) that is well above par. When I was a travel agent (back in the day...) I would often get bumped into business and first class and found American to be the best for domestic flights. http://theflagshipexperience.com/default_en.html
For international flights... the winner would be Singapore Airlines. Even in their smaller planes, the amenities are extravagant! Check out the video with their new A380 interior. It's awesome!

I have always found Singapore to be on or near the top with Quantas not that far behind.

Pure luxury! Singapore Airlines, the only way to fly!! * the service is exceptional as well!
I can't agree more. SIA or Singapore International Airlines is the pride of Singapore and their management is trying their best to be the leader of the pack.
