Which 12 string guitar strings are most comfortable, sound good, and are affordable?

Tip for best answer: M$3.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

There are a number of 12-String guitars sold in the market, however I suggest you take a good look at Jasmine by Takamine S35 Acoustic Guitar, Natural, sold at Amazon.com for just $89.95 from its original list price of $169.00, giving you a savings of 47%. This guitar is laminated, satin finish and chrome covered.

Based on a total of 115 customer reviews, this guitar receive an average rating of 4.5 stars out of 5. According to a review by 'T.Northrup' from Colorado, he posted that:

"...This is by far the best guitar of the previous two, and thinking back the least expensive. I cannot believe how well-made this instrument is, with close attention to detail. There were no short-cuts taken when assembling this guitar, those small details that usually distinguish entry level instuments. I would recommend this guitar to anyone."

If it is comfort you, I would definately go with Elixir nanoweb strings. Probably the most comfortable 12-string set that I have ever used. They sounds very crisp even after weeks of playing because of the nanoweb coating. Hope this helps you find what you are looking for.
