Whether the time of death is fixed or flexible?
What is your views about time of death?

My views....well I think that time of death is a very important factor. It is especially important if the cause of death is unclear, or if it's a case where investigating needs to be done. It also is helpful to family, I think, because it not only helps family understand what was possibly going on when the death occurred but also to maybe help raise awareness of certain things that may have been going on when the death happened and to reassure others not to partake in some of those things.(hopefully that makes sense)
I also used to be a nursing assistant and things like TOD were very important to know, it helped us figure out if the resident had maybe been neglected, what steps we could take in the future to notice these signs, how to improve our accuracy when checking on residents and so on.
For me, if someone I love and/or care about has passed...yeah I would like to know when their TOD was...
but that's just my opinion, hopefully it makes sense

Sorry, didn't notice you had commented.
In my opinion time of death is 'flexible' but not by much. I feel if a body is found and no one was there to confirm when that individual passed on, they are able to give a rough estimation on the time of death, therefore being flexible...I feel when they give the estimations on TOD it is usually within 30 minutes of the actual death happening, at least that is what I have observed.
Hope that answers the question a little better!
Having your comment now, I wish to give you "five stars".
Sorry for the delay.
Thank you for your views,
but what about the first part of the question:
