I voted "No Best Answer" because this answer is not helpful. If the user can access the internet and twitter, than they already know about web searches and google. You should provide the names for and links of places that sell the requested items at the requested location. Here's a link to the Mahalo help page on how to answer questions.
This was a "tweeted" Q, so a short reply was required.
Also, given that the Q didn't even say to which "Paris" he/she was referring
(there's Paris, Kentucky, for one), I had to make a huge assumption,
which could have easily been changed by the asker.
