where would i find/get a high speed IR camera module (A ccd with IR filter would be fine)?

I'm looking for a high speed IR camera, A ccd with IR filter would be fine, but where do I find 1000-3000fps ccd modules (if they exist) and where do I find out about/get IR filtering plastics?
I can find some big and clunky cameras, but not fast ccd modules.
Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

you can also use the negative film of a burned image from an old camera.
(picture totally white-negative totally dark)
And in the hacking spirit what about using a wii remote IR camera for the job:

I'll try that (the ir filter)...

and while i have a wiimote but no wii ;D i do need more speed and features, the camera isn't usable as a camera, only as a dot tracking device... etc i also want to decode blinking ir leds with some speed, but i'm thinking about a hybrid aimed ir receiver and a separate IR camera for tracking, for wich i can use this during prototyping, did find some pages with info on ir cameras but nothing faster then 25 fps. so still looking for now but no immediate need.

You can actually use the plastic material out of a floppy disk. It blocks visible light but is transparent to IR light.
