This question was asked on the news yesterday to an NTSB spokesperson (Kathryn Higgins) who only answered "a secure undisclosed location" so take any other answers you may get here with a grain of salt.
One answer I found on a blog is to a Bayonne, NJ shipyard.
The woman did mention that the engines would be taken to a location of the manufacturer's choosing for disassembly.
